TRADITIONAL LINE
The Cecilia Kerche Traditional Line was developed to meet the needs of all dancers, from beginners to professional. These shoes need almost no breaking in. Available in five (5) Box styles and a choice of Shank strengths and length, the Cecilia Kerche Traditional Line is based on the concept of rolling-up and down from pointe effortlessly as well as allowing excellent spring for jumps. It includes:

Innovative technology using natural Brazilian paste to improve elasticity and lessen the effects of dampness on the shoe.
Personalized production allowing specific adjustments to the pointe shoe (only for professionals).
Special "memory" shanks that always keep the shoe shape even after some use.

These 5 Box style models are divided into three groups:

Group I: CK 01 - Grand Pas, CK 02 - Nikiya and CK 03 - Pas d'Action
Principial Characteristics:

Pre arched Last: This concept has been applied to each shoe, allowing improved foot line and elegance
Memory Shank: Always keeping the shoes' shape, even after considerable use
The Box: is available in Normal, for smoothness in transitions or Extra Paste, for more resistance
The Glue: We use an exclusive natural Brazilian paste, thus enhancing elasticity and reducing noise (especially on stage)
The Shank: Ten options from which to choose
The Width: Five width for each style of shoe
Accessories Kit: 7 ft. of satin ribbon, 12" of see through elastic

Group II: CK 05 - Marie
Was designed specially for dancers who require a simple yet effective shoe at affordable prices. Altough the shoe is primarily designed for beginner students, it may be used at any level of technique.
Made with an exclusive Brazilian glue, suede soles and outer stitching, the principle characteristics of this shoe are:

Excellent stability.
Easy roll up and down from Pointe
Very light, almost soundless jumping and running
Available widths: Narrow, Medium or Wide
Shank strengths: Soft, Normal or Reinforced
Accessories Kit: 7 ft. of satin ribbon, 12" of see through elastic

Group III: EF 26 - Performance
Principial Characteristics:

Lightness
Flat base: offers great stability to stop, making it easy for the adagio.
The Box: is built with prime materials and uses synthetic glue (paste), offering excellent stability and durability.
The Shank: 3/4 or Full - Availability: Normal, Soft, Reinforced or Extra-Reinforced
The Width: Narrow, Medium or Extra-Large
Accessories Kit: 7 ft. of satin ribbon, 12" of see through elastic

INDICATION OF USE:
Basically, each type of foot is classified according to two prime characteristics:
a) the shape and the alignment of the toes and b) the dancer's type of arch.

The 5 styles of Pointe shoes offered are based on the above two concepts. Guidelines for fit are listed below:

Greek Foot: CK 02 - Nikiya and EF 26 Performance
Square Foot: CK 03 - Pas d'Action
Egyptian Foot: CK 01 - Grand Pas

Please note: these suggestions are based on the structure and alignment of the toes, the ideal being that each ballerina tries on more of our styles, allowing her to decide which Pointe shoe is best suited to her feet.
